What the work involves

• Reviewing AI-generated medical answers in Arabic and judging their accuracy and safety
• Comparing AI responses and explaining which is better and why
• Flagging clinical errors, dangerous advice, and unnatural or incorrect dialect
• Occasionally writing model medical answers in your field

Who we're looking for

• Licensed physicians of any specialty — general practitioners especially welcome
• Native Arabic speakers of any dialect: Egyptian, Levantine, Gulf, Maghrebi, or Iraqi
• Comfortable working in English-language tools (the medical work itself is in Arabic)
• Detail-oriented, with clear reasoning

The details

• 100% remote, work from anywhere
• Flexible — typically 5 to 20 hours per week, alongside your practice
• Pay: 40 to 80 USD per hour, depending on specialty and project
• Monthly payouts in USD, no payment holds
• Free to join, no exclusivity — work with other platforms too
• Your professional judgment is the product — this is expert work, not data entry
