What this involves

• Reading model-generated Japanese and judging whether it's accurate, natural, and appropriate
• Ranking responses
• Catching and correcting mistakes
• Giving clear feedback that improves the model

Every task directly improves how these systems handle Japanese.

We're looking for people who

• Speak Japanese at a native or near-native level and write it exceptionally well
• Read and follow English instructions comfortably
• Notice small errors
• Can work independently and consistently across detailed tasks
