We're building a pool of scientists and mathematicians to help AI companies test advanced reasoning in AI models.

Example work

• Writing challenging, graduate-level questions with step-by-step solutions
• Checking AI reasoning for errors in math and science
• Reviewing scientific explanations for accuracy

Who we're looking for

• Master's or PhD (completed or in progress) in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, or a related field
• Research or teaching experience is a plus
• Strong written English

About this expert pool

This is not a job offer or an open position with guaranteed work. Ondera is building a verified network of domain experts for future freelance and contract AI projects. Joining the pool does not guarantee project placement, a minimum number of hours, or any income, and does not create an employment relationship.

Compensation

Indicative rate: $50–$140/hour. This is an average benchmark only — actual rates may be higher or lower depending on the client, project scope, your specialization, location, and experience. Final rates are agreed per project before any work begins.

How it works
